As of September 2025, Circle Wellness is one of only two medical clinics in Long Island NY that offers a truly integrative approach to wellness offering: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), licensed massage therapists (LMTs), and licensed acupuncturists (LAc)
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website using the online scheduling tool or by calling our clinic directly. Both methods will provide you with available dates and times to choose from.
Do you offer care for patients under 18?
Our clinical focus is primarily on adult patients, but we also provide care for teens and children ages 3 and older when appropriate. Treatments for younger patients are adapted to be gentle, age-appropriate, and responsive to individual needs. Families in Melville, NY and the surrounding Long Island area are welcome to contact our office to discuss whether a specific service is a good fit for their child before scheduling an appointment.
What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment to discuss your health concerns and goals. This will help us tailor a personalized treatment plan for you.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, currently we only accept NYSHIP. We also offer affordable self pay services
How long does a typical treatment session last?
The duration of treatment sessions varies depending on the service. Generally, sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes. Specifics will be discussed during your initial consultation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, we understand “life” happens. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled. Respectfully, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you!
